Complementary Telephone Consultations

I offer free 15-minute consultations ahead of booking first appointments. This provides us with an opportunity to briefly discuss the issues bringing you to therapy and to check that I am the right person to help you. Please use the contact page to get in touch to arrange a consultation.

Session Fees

Self-funding clients

Individual therapy sessions are £120.00 for 1 hour.

ISTDP sessions (90 minutes in duration) are £180.00.

Session fees must be settled before the appointment.

Insurance funded clients

I am registered with AXA PPP Healthcare and will provide therapy to AXA members who have authorisation for sessions.

Please note that clients are liable for any fees not covered by their insurer.

A deposit may be requested to confirm your first appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
